Crystal City is in Arlington, VA. So probably a fairly long Metro ride to Adams Morgan and a medium long Metro to Dupont Circle.

I've never been to Ethiopia, but Adams-Morgan has some of the best Ethiopian food I've had anywhere in the world outside of Cape Town, South Africa.
