According to AFP:
These new tapings occurred between March 2006 and February 2007, a period relating to after the whole 'Calciopoli' scandal.
Moggi is the most notorious name implicated in the new accusations, although there are others who were also condemned the first time around.
Saturday's hearing concerned largely procedural matters and most of the 37 people accused of corruption, including Moggi, were represented only by their lawyers.
Various bodies, including the Italian Olympic Committee (Coni), the Italian Football Federation (GFIGC), the League of Professional Football Clubs (Lega Calcio), Rai television and several clubs including Atalanta, Brescia, Lecce, Udinese and Salernitana have all asked to be recognised as civil parties to the case.
A decision will be made on those requests at the next hearing on February 8.
The judge will then also decide whether or not Moggi and the 36 others have a case to answer.
