It's an interesting concept I will admit, promotion and relegation of national teams. I hope it end up working out.

Though friendlies used to be an opportunity for young or fringe players to get their chance in the national team, this will probably eliminate that for them.
For Italy it won’t. There is zero chance they take this “tournament” seriously. Just look at how many youngsters Mancini called up for it & he already said he’s going to use two totally different line-ups for each game.

They could still win assuming Poland play as they did at the World Cup, while Portugal is without Ronaldo :p

One of the key reasons Denmark is one of the greatest and richest nations on earth, despite our lack of natural resources , is our labour market model. Envied by the World.

The football stuff is a bit weird tho.

Branchini (Montolivo’s agent): “If this Jorginho has to play, I’ll tell you that my Montolivo, who has been scandalously purged, is much better. Also, why does Donnarumma get to be the set starter? Sirigu was one of the best goalkeepers last year.”

That football knowledge :baus:

To be fair, Donnarumma has been in bad form for a while, I think Perin should have started one of the games (especially after his performance vs Holland). I'd still go with both ahead of Sirigu.

I agree with you, Perin should've start, but really, Sirigu? Montolivo ahead of Jorginho? I know that he's their agent, but come on, that's clueless.
