One round can't change much. The Italians did just a tiny little bit better than the Germans in this round.
The German teams added 1.00 points to their coefficient in this round while the Italians got 1.14 points.
Do you have the total thing Alen? form the start of the season, since the CL/Europa qualifications?

Do you want only Italy vs Germany or all the countries in this season?

If it's Italy vs Germany then it's like this so far this season:
    Italy 5.285 points
    Germany 5.583 points

Germany started with 6 teams and all 6 teams are still playing (none of them is eliminated). Italy started with 7 teams, and just like Germany, all the teams are still in it.

I'll also give you the all countries top 10 this season:

    1. England 6.357 (started with 7 teams, 6 are still playing......6/7)
    2. Spain 6.214 (7/7)
    3. Austria 6.125 (4/4)
    4. Germany 5.583 (6/6)
    5. Israel 5.500 (2/4)
    6. France 5.333 (5/6)
    7. Italy 5.285 (7/7)
    8. Netherlands 4.583 (5/6)
    9. Switzerland 4.500 (2/4)
    10. Ukraine 4.200 (2/5)

    -----------------

I'll shortly try to explain how are the points counted.
Every win brings 2 points, every draw 1 point.

In this last round the English teams did like this:
    - Manchester won (2 pts)
    - Chelsea won (2 pts)
    - Liverpool lost (0 points)
    - Arsenal won (2 points)
    - Everton won (2 points)
    - Fulham won (2 points)
    - Aston Villa is eliminated (0 points)

So in this round the English teams won 10 points. You now divide 10 with the number of English teams who played in European competitions this season. That number is 7.
When you divide 10 with 7 you get 1.428.

That's how many points the English teams earned this round. You add the points from every round (plus there are some bonus points and some coefficient points) and at the end of the season you get how many pts the country earned in that particular year.
The points from the last 5 years are counted and that's how you get the UEFA Coefficient for the country.

    Thanx for the effort :delpiero:

btw, didn't you forget also the qualification points aswell? or did you include them also? I heard it was 1 point for a win and half for a draw?

And one last question, do you have any idea about the bonus points?

Yeah, the qualification rounds bring double less pts, as you said.

During qualifications teams get 1pt for a win and 0.5 for a draw.

As for the bonuses, it's like this:

    - Qualifying for CL groups = 4 pts (until last year it was 3 pts)
    - Passing the CL groups = 1 point
    - Passing the round of 16 = 1 point
    - Passing the 1/4 finals = 1 point
    - Passing the semifinals = 1 point
    - Winning the final = 1 point

In UEFA Cup (or Europa League now) teams don't get any bonus points until the quarters (i'm not 100% sure, but i think it's the 1/4 finals. If it's not the 1/4 finals then it's the round of 16, but i'm pretty sure that they start getting bonus points only after qualifying for the quarters).
