I know the answer, of course 
Every team who plays in CL groups automatically gets 3 points. That's why Roma has 3 points.
Every win in CL groups brings 2 points. That's why Inter have 5 pts. (3 for playing in CL group + 2 for the win)
Every win in the qualifiers brings 1 point while every draw in the qualifiers brings 0.5 pts.
That's why Juve has 6.5 pts (3 for playing in CL groups + 2 for the win against Zenit + 1 for the win in the qualifiers against Artmedia + 0.5 for the draw in the qualifiers against Artmedia)
ManU have 4 pts because every draw in the CL groups brings 1 point (3 pts for playing in the CL groups+ 1 point for the draw)

@ GianniAgnelli. I told you this few days ago when i said that the Italians start with +6 pts advantage over the Germans because just by playing in CL groups every team gets 3 pts. Since Italians have 4 teams they start with 12 pts while the Germans have two teams and they start with 6 pts.
But you ignored it and you were telling me how a win/draw in UEFA Cup brings the same pts as a win/draw in CL.
Of course, i knew about the UEFA Cup/ CL points since the very day UEFA came up with that rule, which was back in the 1990's.

In Uefa Cup you get bonus points only after the 1/8 finals and the max bonus you can get is 3 points.
The teams that will qualify for the 1/4 finals get 1 point, the teams that qualify for the semifinals get another 1 pt bonus and the 2 teams that will qualify for the final get 1 more point. The winner doesn't get bonus.
Last season Zenit and Rangers got 3 bonus points this way, Fiorentina and Bayern got 2 bonus points while Getafe, Levercusen, Sporting and PSV got 1 bonus point each.
