...Just how far up the priority list is Linux to you, Marts? :D

I mean, sure it must be amazing compared to MacroHard, but still.. :undecide:

..and I'm actually NOT flunking the IB so far.. I'm the only guy in Chem HL with an A atm.. :D
IB wise, I basically had lower grades than I could have cause I decided to start a website :mute: Can you guess what it was called?

I didn't get into Linux before I start college, don't ask me how I'm doing grade-wise

    Oh, darn it..

What's the consolation prize? A website? :cheesy:

EDIT: Oh, and in an effort to keep this thread somewhat on-topic :)P)..

Would it be theoretically possible to run FM2005 off of WINE? or is it gonna be too slow?

When I first got fm2005, I ran it in wine. And I was cursing it for being so mf. slow. I played it for a few weeks. Then one time I decided to try it on Windows. It's like 3 times faster. WINE is not that good and it most cases much slower (although FM is a heavy app so you notice the slowdown a lot more). I don't get why though, the gui being slow, that's okay, but the processing being done in the game, no reason for that to be slower.

    Anyway, I don't recommend WINE.

    I see..

I'm gonna have to dig up an old copy of Win2k for a dual-boot setup, then.. :undecide:
