i didn't understand why Criscito played on the left which is not his best position while Giorgio played in the centre which is not his favoured position either.
Italy can be thankful that Lita is just fast and has no skills what-so-ever or else we would have been fucked

We allowed the English to play the way they do best and you couldn't argue about being 0-2 after 25 mins. What saddens me, is the way the team has almost waited until we're staring down the barrel before we react. I don't know if some over these players are the victims of the usual over-hyping, but when they need to step it up, they are incapable of doing so.

England will beat the Serbs, the team might as well start packing.

Serbia wants to play in final against Italy, so that we can take full revenge for the defeat in final two years ago in Germany.

England kept pumping long balls all game. What makes me laugh is they are suppose to be the best taht England have to offer at their ages and instead they played like a sunday league team. Shockin! Italy owned them all over that 2nd half just a shame the 3rd goal never came.

I suppose you didn't watched the game, or the game you watched was one played at Wembley :disagree:

I said after the Serbia game that on another night, the Azzurrini would take their chances...that Pazzini, Rossi, Palladino, Aquilani etc. had too much talent for it not to finally show. I know I'm right but I was hoping we'd find that out sooner, rather than later! As we know, many players go through goal-dry phases, but Godammit, apart from Alberto tonight, playing with something more like the class we know he has, did the other three all need to pick the same time to show us that right now they couldn't score in a bordello? Let's not spare Gigi Casiraghi here, either. I fully realise that under normal circumstances you wouldn't have Pazzini and Rossi up front with both Palladino and Rosina coming forward from midfield in support...but another CT might have been more willing to go for broke, and though I couldn't see us losing tonight anyway, by really forcing the issue, and I mean really pushing it, that might have got us the win. I learned many years ago that you have to make a lot of your own luck in this life, despite what's said about fate and destiny. But come this Sunday we need fate to deal us 2 lucky cards! (and the angels to guide Pazzini's shots!)

The more I watch this Azzurrini team, the more I think Italy's defence is going to shits and I dont know why doesnt Caseraghi deal with it.

Nocerino on his own in the middle isnt enough to protect this shaky defence, I think he needs to drop one of Aquillani or Montelivo to accomidate a defensive midfielder. I think Montelivo should be the first choice but it depends on form.

---------------Viviano--------------
Raggi--Andreoli--Chillini--Criscito
-----Nocerino--Cigarini(?)---------
--------------Montilivo--------------
---------Palladino----Pazzini-------

This might avoid a disaster start like yesterday.
