Almeida has done well for himself at Werder Bremen. But IMO, I'm not all that impressed with his NT play. Portugal put the pressure on against the Netherlands in the second half. But you just have to convert and finish. I'm tired of excuses about being unlucky, etc. A team has to deliver, and they failed to do that.
Both The Netherlands and Belgium have done well in playing pressing, physical matches against Portugal. It has really stifled the squad. It will be interesting to see if their tactics change in the later rounds, as I expect Belgium to advance as well.
