I think it should be the one checked - 6 teams through weeks 15,16, and 17.

right now I think both leagues run thru week 18 (player stat projections are given for week 18). You don't want that because teams rest starters in week 18. Week 17 is the last truly competitive week.

EDIT: Not sure how 7 teams thru week 17 will work, maybe the top team gets a bye week? That could also be a good option.
