BS, how the fuck can they predict such?
It's not really a prediction. There are certain places that are good for earthquakes so there is more likelihood they will occur there, but you can't really say exactly when.

Like Japan and California.

Japan earthquakes are reasonable and it makes sense. But Turkey isn't on that list, no? Sounds like a bullshit to me, but I hope it doesn't happen.

When you have major plate boundaries coming together there is always possibility of an earthquake.

Remember, there was one on the east coast of the US not to long ago. Which at the time was highly unlikely to happen.

The point is you never know with these things.
