know but i don't know how klose and trez would compliment each other.
it would be an interesting pair...

i think klose would be great, if trez decides to leave, which i hope wont happen

close is like 28 right? we should get someone younger..

he costs a lot and even if sold trezeguet, we wont have enough money 2 buy other players if we pay 18 million pounds to a player who will be 29 next season!!!
i say its a bad move :disagree: :smoke:

I think it´s 18 million Euros, not Pounds.

Anyway, I think Klose is in his best years now, even Trezeguet said he likes Klose and that he would like to play with him...:eyebrows:

I think Klose is the kind of striker that can be effective in anyleague...he doesnt perform the big moves but he does the simple things consistantly which is a must for a true striker.

With his recent coments and attitude towards Juve, Im attracted by the idea of him at Juve.

The way I see it
Our next year Juve would be something like that (the changes):
1) we will buy a defender which probably be Barzagli
2) we will buy a defensive midfielder which probably be Mascherano
3) we will sell Trezeguet probably to Lyon ang gain lots of cash and then we buy Klose which would actually mean we give Trez and get Klose + cash (a good deal IMO)
4) we might get Robinho too and eigther play rotation with him DP and Klose or play him as an attacking midfielder or a winger (my bet is in a rotation with DP and Klose)

I hope that it actually happens but I also hope we get 2 defenders instead of 1 as we surely need it

Deschamps: “We’ll buy three super players. We need at least a defender, a midfielder and a striker to move up to the next level. Mascherano? If he doesn’t come we need people of his quality.”
i hope we get a class defender

True, but then nobody should leave, otherwise there is no point in buying...

We can buy 3 class players in every line and buy 3 players who are cheap and young, but have the potential to be class. I could live with that...

If Trezeguet leave, Klose would be the best replacement. Just remember that he was the best striker of two last WC's and bundesliga last season.

He is similar with Trezeguet. He is pure striker and we have Alex who is pure class who can assist him. So, I hope the winning combination

they play very similar but they have got different skills.. klose is less leathel than trezeguet to score goals... howevber than he is a better player outside the box because he is good also taking on defenders with the ball in his feet, which trezeguet never does.. klose is one of the best options availbe to juventus, also considering that he wants to leave so it will help us lower the price abit.. and we can have at least 3 seasons of klose at his best which is not bad at all...

DD said in an interview to gazzetta.it, 3 stars and 2-3 bosman or new Fifa rule(can make a deal with a player who had 1 year left in his contract).

Klose might be one of them by reading his interview. Sacrificing CL for Juve means a lot to me. It shows he reallt likes and wants Juve.

That is probably German's newspapers attempt to inflate the price for Werder more than anythingelse. I even suspect one of Werder's employee to leek such information.

No team will be stupid to spend that much when you can wait for sixth month and snap him up for free. 29 year old FA is more enticing than 28+ transfer sum. Also, Klose understands he is able to fetch far more in terms of his salary doing that way, since teams are not obliged to pay any sum to Werder, I suspect him to wait patiently on the development and if nothing happens he would gladly wait till Dec and get hefty pay raise being it Werder, Juve, ManUre, Barca etc.

Were has very little leverage in this deal, just as Roma was with Cassano. I do believe 17m for Klose is a fair market value but the terms likely to be dictated by the buyers not a seller unless one or two team like Chelski or Real that doesnt give sh!t about the money involved.
