I don't think LBC, I think you'd have to watch it on cable channels from outside Lebanon like Super Sport 3 (which I will be watching) or ESPN or something.
They allowed those to be broadcast.

I'm not sure, but I heard that Tele Liban might broadcast as well. But I'm not sure about that one.
