Its amusing how so many people, especially on here, judge him purely on his time at juve...somehow, completely avoiding his consistently decent form at atletico, lyon, chelsea and for the portuguese national team. league titles in france and england, two solid leagues, consistently a part of the national team, solid showings in spain. He is far from awful...And if we, by some weird miracle, managed to acquire a truly world class coach this summer, then i would not be horrified or annoyed, but hopeful, if he did return to our ranks...
Indeed. You're right here. Tiago was always a good player.

well, most football fans I know and enjoy bantering with, have the ability to recognize that a player often moves clubs throughout a career, and its quite common for some players, to be brilliant at several clubs, or even one club, and massively less useful at another club. Do you think there are many man u fans who still say that Forlan is a terrible player????...nevermind...interacting with you is like talking to a slug with down syndrome.

IMO, I follow him a ton on the Portuguese NT. He's been mostly useless. Lyon he was great at, but he should have never left. Chelsea, he was meh. So I beg to differ with you. Lyon was the rare time he shined. Overall he's a pretty average player.

he was consistently quality for chelsea...until Essien and mourinho gained prominence....please, do not get me wrong...i am far from saying he is a world class player...i am saying he has been a definitely decent player, at chelsea, at lyon, at atletico, and often useful for the national team/...so to judge him on his juve time, and to conclude from that juve time, that he is shit player, is dumb.

Care? not much...but ponder? yes...as we own him, his loan spell expires soon, and there is a small chance he will return to our squad. Most likely he will be sold, but i did and do still wonder what other juve supporters think of my fear that he and madrid have agreed to hold us to ransom in a way, accept no other deals, than another loan...then they get him for free. I liked him at chelsea, and if it wasn't for mourinho's preference for muscle and grit, he may not have lost his place to essien...anyway, all will be revealed in the next month or so eh...

Knowing our board I'm sure they will just let him go for free instead of actually making any money.

They seem to be struggling enough as it is managing the transfers and will probably just want him gone.

He's not a bad player by any means, Melo. They should be able to sell him to some club.
They haven't for the last two years, that's why Atletico loaned him, they didn't want to pay anything but wages for his sorry ass.

He'll probably end up in Turkey, but not for anything over €500 000
