Players like these disgust me. Tiago's in his prime years for a footballer and after some horrible years for us he had some good stuff with Atletico and a solid WC, one would think he would chose to further his career and play some football but, noooo...he likes the money he gets here. FFS, it's not like he'd be a peasant on Atletico's wages.

Fucking ballerina.

One would imagine it was Atletico.

There wouldn't have been any reason for Juve to loan him otherwise.
Unless he took a pay-cut while there (which I don't think he did), I see no way Atletico would pay his wages. According to their president's words, Tiago knows that Atletico can't afford his wages. I think that implies that either we helped pay the rest of his wages while at loan in Atletico(very likely since their president mentioned it again when discussing Tiago's future) or he simply took a 6-month pay cut.

Clubs can agree that each side is paying a certain % of the players contract, so maybe we payed 50%.
1,5mil for a player playing for another club...and Chiellini's wages are 2milEuros/year.:sergio:

Tiago's departure would be a great achievement.

And you're right, I'm sick of these players.

Now you're focusing on the negative side of things. You need to look at it as paying him half the money he would get sitting on our bench the whole year. :p

Ok, here's the million dollar question.....Which performance was better, Tiago as Princess Florine in Sleeping beauty or Tiago as Odette in Tchaikovsky's Swan lake?

I don't suppose you think too highly of Winston Bogarde then? :D

He's a hero, just because he did it to Chelsea for 4 years.
