I dont think thats it, even if big salary in where he wouldnt get elsewhere matters ofcourse. I think he just sees Juve as his best career opportunity, and he can only go down if he moves, and isnt willing to give that up.
But even if he was at Barca or Manure if he is last choice in the midfield that doesn't do his career any good, moving to a mid table club in a top league were he can play regularly would be the best move for him IMO. If he wants to move his career forward and to maintain a spot in the NT he should leave

You had me at Portuguese newspaper reporting on German team.
Well they sure know something more about Portuguese players than some German papers, the contacts of agent and stuff like that. I'd like to believe that this is not complete bs, though it may be agent's games and in the end it could come out that it's not exactly Wolfsburg, which are interested.

The question is, is Tiago interested in leaving? Bonus that Wolfsburg are a CL team and German champs, but he rejected 3 offers in last 2 years.
I think it's on another question. Is Wolfsburg really interested in him knowing that Tiago will be cup tied and can't play CL for them. But it will be good offer that we can't turn down if this is true..

I read that Tiago played well for Portugal yesterday and provided an assist for Meireles goal. Glad he can play well and qualify for WC. Hope it can increase his value by playing in WC and become NT so there will be more clubs interested to buy him

Note: Tiago and Poulsen will be there in WC

Those fags make it but no Momo:cry:

Being cup tied shouldn't be a problem Wolfsburg will likely get knocked out by CSKA

Yeah, his unlucky he accepted the call for Mali so early. He could have waited till he landed here in Juve and Lippi would have get him a italien passaporte.

he must have given Quieroz a helluva BJ to get a starting shirt
Queiroz should be fined as a retard impersonating a coach. So I am not surprised.

He had a good assist and wasn't needed to clear out any balls in the box. So he came out smelling clean this match.

Costa wants Tiago arrival

Friday 27 November, 2009

Ricardo Costa has urged Wolfsburg to sign Juventus midfielder Tiago Mendes. “He’d increase our quality,” he said.

Tiago has been linked with the Bundesliga champions recently after an unhappy stint at the Stadio Olimpico.

Hampered by poor form and injuries, Tiago could be on his way out of Turin after struggling to impress since his 2008 switch from Lyon.

"He is a midfielder I rate highly,” stated Wolfsburg defender Costa. “Tiago is an extremely good player.

"Should the club be able to sign him, the quality inside the squad would be upped – there should be no doubt about it.”

Tiago is on the road to recovery after injury, but competition for places in the Juve midfield is hotting up after the returns of Momo Sissoko and Claudio Marchisio.
