In a lot of the matches he played it really seemed that he doesn't care, that he was pushed on to the field rather then him being hungry to play.

In fact he didn't perform well too, that of course had to do with our playing plan and him not being accostumed to it. But he did show lack of determination, and it wasn't some isolated event, he consistently showed it, with few good games in between.

We can agree to disagree, but I think it is best for him and us if he leaves.
