Not really, his passing was very solid.
yeah, maybe im ain't notice.....but i have a feelling that we can't just that easy to conclude that tiago will be best for becoming our man in midfield alongside sissoko. something still miss.... its a good thing we move on in to knock out stage, but in that group we will face another great team even better team than madrid. we gonna get more difficult challenge in midfield. trust me.

the big point is, yes of course i hope tiago will get his best form back it will be a very positive thing for us and not mention that we gonna have marchisio, zanetti and poulsen back on the field. but we need an improve, like i said before something is still missing...i dont know maybe we lack of creativity on this departement? i still think that we still need to buy another midfielder in january. the strong type of midfielder who can make a very good balance in that sector. make a good defence for that area and when we attack he must have a vision to provide our striker or other team mates an opportunity to score a goal.

or we dont need that type after all guys?

honestly i think another midfielder would just break the balance we're currently having. I was all for xabi, i was all for aquilani, but right now, it would make no sense in spending a dime for another mid. Sissoko is a rock and will play for sure, the wings are covered also, so there remains Poulsen, Tiago, Marchisio and Zanetti for that one remaining spot. So, even barring the fact that there will be no good mid available (nor untied in CL) we would only bring in further frustration for the benched players.

What will be interesting to see is what will happen to our midfield once everyone's fit again; what's going to happen to poulsen? Will Zanetti go on after this season? and most importantly; what will happen with tiago. He did have his 3 or 4 good games now, but let's not kid ourselves, he's not (yet) that pirlo- or xabi-like regista. He had some good moments, and i'm definately giving him credit for that, but still... imo he was bound to leave in the next transfer window, but now i think he'll be given another chance until the end of the season, but his future remains uncertain in my opinion.

so, to answer your question - i don't think we could make a good deal right now. If we get onto the market, we should look for the big names, and atm, we're not in a position where we must act. let's take that CL-money and wait for the big hit next season. with all the aging players atm (dp, neddy, camo, zanneti, trez, ...) we should start saving some money.

Is he good looking enough though.

:smoke:
i gotta shut up with that ...

last time i told secco that chiellinis nose is to big he wanted to sell him to man city.

i learned from that and will not say something like that again, while our board reads here !

btw Secco asks where vinman is, he wants to have his advice for the players we ought to buy !

There was interview with Tiago on Portuguese TV which was translated and printed in Tuttosport , which was later reported in goal.shit.

Could anyone dig it please?

it might sound like this:

"It was a mistake leaving Lyon to come to Juventus," Tiago told Portuguese television as reported by Tuttosport.

"I thought that coming here would have been a step forward joining a big squad but it didn't go the way I had hoped.

"If I could go back I wouldn't have made this choice and in life you need to choose."

Although Tiago seems unhappy, he is still aiming high and he thinks he can guide the Bianconeri to the Champions League final in Rome.

"There are big players here and I want to take this side to the Champions League final," added Tiago.

does he thinks he is DP or something?
For the first time he played 3 solid games (his best ever, but just above his average) but nothing better than others and he is talking shit again?

its just that we need him at the moment so he could talk shit as much as he want, he just opened the door for the fans to jeer him. anyway during the transfer market we should try and sell him as hhis value is increasing right now.

What is wrong with this boy? he keeps on bitching? This is anything but a right time to say whether you did a good choice joining us or not. Ranieri should hit his ass back to the bench when Zanetti makes it.

I have my doubts again on this interview. There's no mention on this in Italian papers, fan sites or even Portuguese media(abola, ojogo or record).

Tuttosport lately have been going downhill writing BS day in day out so I would be surprised it's BS or a bad translation.
