Ekdal is the odd man out.

Giovinco, DC and Marchisio have played 2 years with the Primavera so one of them could go in list B while Tiago gets a fractured hair.

The player in list B should be a member of the Primavera and have played there for at least 2 years.

I'm not a 100% sure though.

well, if they put one of giovinco, de ceglie, or marchisio on the B list, and Ekdal on the A list, then one of those 3 could ONLY play if we had an injury on the A - List. Although im pretty sure there will be injuries in our midfield (MARCHIONNI, yeah we all pretty much know his longest streak is like one game), I think giovinvo, marchisio and de ceglie are guaranteed at least a little time in the CL, and Ranieri did not want to risk not being able to use them. Personally I would have chosen Ekdal over Tiago, but I must admit I have a whole new respect for this man after locking his boss up in the toilet...

I think we are looking at the situation from the wrong direction. I think this is what happenned.


After the Fiorentina game, Tiago was found rouming around totally pissed smelling like a mix of Johnny Walker and Taquilla. He meets Ranieri on the way.

Well, our management realizes they need a good performance from Tiago so that they can find a potential buyer at the end of this season, or perhaps in winter even.
