Well lets hope we rather sign a super CM as you said (would suck if we dont), instead of take a risk on someone that was bust. It would have been likely for him to redeem himself IF there was room, but with an upcoming signing, and what we already had plus Marchisio, there is no room for such.

We can disagree here, I do want a super cm. But if doesnt happen, it would be stupid to spend on a sub par name and dismiss tiago.

Well duh, because a subpar means signing someone who isnt better then Tiago. Who would want that to happen, I rather we do everything possible to sign Xabi, or other quality alternatives to improve us. There are way enough quality players to not find any. Most importantly playmaking CMs.

Stop judging tiago, he hasnt played enough games last year. Theirs absolutely no harm in keeping him and giving him another chance. This guy needs more time with juve, I cant wait for the day where everyone here starts to praise him. It will happen, especially if we dont buy a super"cm". Mark my words.
:howler: Oh man, are you that desperate for Tiago? What do people see in him, I will never get to know. He is just a waste.

That's the problem with him, he keeps getting chances and yet fails to produce. He hasn't got enough games purely because he sucked badly in the time he played. Why should we keep on fielding a bad player? Get rid of him, immediately.

He had 4 assists at least. In comparison:Zanetti,Nedved and Camoranesi all had 7 assists while they had much more playing time.

Don't know if the numbers are right,my source is http://www.transfermarkt.de/de/verein/506/juventusturin/uebersicht/startseite.html

If the number of assists are right,Tiago did a good job for a "flop".
I thought it was four assists; that was my original number.

But again, people look past that and just have faith in Ranieri that it was the right decision to bench the player for two straight months. These fans only remember the Coppa match and the subsequent match in Serie A, and base their judgement of the player on those poor performances in 2008. And this is guaranteed.

These fans are also media suckers, too. Being fooled by Football Italia and then using the same verbiage of "Tiago the biggest flop."

I'm sure these fans know the least bit of Italian as well.

Shame the rest of his game was nonexistant, isn't it?
Of course he never stood out,but still getting 4 assists under this circumstates:

-never played 3 games in a row
-media pressure>"flop"

is pretty ok for a player who is labelled one of the biggest flops in history.I wouldn't loose sleep if we sell him but I'd prefer him to let's say Poulsen, that's for sure.
You can tell on his face he's a flop.
How would you look like after such a disappointing season at Juventus and after missing the EC as a result?I wouldn't be too motivated either when it's almsot certain that I leave the club.

You base your complete judgement on the player on those four assists. It's the only argument you ever come up with. Not surprisingly, as his performances are hardly defendable.

I'm interested in hearing your italian.

I also base my argument on the fact that he completed passes and got stuck in during the month of October, then was benched for God knows why (probably because Ranieri is a retard) and then came back into the frame with a lot of pressure on him because the stupid Italian media was already calling him a flop in November.

Now you do the math.

No, but I think they have a greater appreciation for some players.
Appreciation comes for those that perform.

That's not entirely correct. He made a decent show of himself in the second half vs lazio(when to be fair, Zanetti and DP won us that match by themselves anyway though) and started the next two games, but subsequently his performances dropped witch each game after the Lazio one.

Actually, come to think of it, I remember getting pretty tired of giving Tiago additional chances near the end of last season as he just kept bottling them up. And this was a time when the season was as good as over, meaning NO PRESSURE. He made 20 or more appearances for juve this season.

In the end it's pretty simple, was he good enough or not? No, he was not.
