Well you can wait for tiago to wake up, in the mean time he needs to go back to learning the basics of the game... i.e. passing, dribbling, possession, etc..

He is far past the point of 2nd/3rd chances, sell him and use the $50 we get for him to buy the rest of the team ice cream.

Fuck tiago.
first we must evaluate how many an ice cream cost and maybe we get it a little bit cheaper because we are juventus...but we shouldnt send secco for negotiations at the end he will buy the ice cream van for 15$ and will tell us that the van is better than van der vaart.

But who knows Tiago so well that can open is big mouths like that?? Have you ever seen him playing in Portugal, Chelsea and Lyon?? He is one of the best players he have on our squad!!!
He never played in his right position since he got here, so what do you expect?! That he do all miracles that Juventus need right now??
And the pression that the guy has soffer?!! Nobody think in that.
He only plays 45 minutes then he go out, his levels of confidence can never go up!!

A nice virtude is to think before open the mouth!!!

i liked tiago also before he went to juve, a decent player. but he really needs to play in a 3-man midfield, which is a serious backside. i think it's clear that the style of play in serie a doesn't suit him.

problem is that he has about 4 or 5 assists, which is very good the playing time he got, but except for those he was real crap in the play.

Is like you said pavelnedved he needs to play in a 3 man midfield!!! In that tactic of 4-3-3 he is a very nice player, not the best of the world but he can do his job quite well in every team!!
He can play well in Serie A just let him play at least 3 games consecutives and got some rythm of game!!!
And you say that he have already got his chances to prove that he is good!!! He never played 2 games consecutives!! Who is the player that could play well!!

Agent: Tiago is staying

Juventus midfielder Tiago Mendes’ agent insists that he is staying in Turin, despite his latest limp showing in Catania.

The Portuguese outcast was given a chance to shine at the Stadio Massimino, but he struggled to make an impact and was substituted at half-time.

With reports that Liverpool star Mohamed Sissoko is set to join the Bianconeri, it had been suggested that Tiago would make way, but he now seems determined to win over the Juve faithful.

“I really think that he will stay in Turin,” agent Roberto Calenda claimed on Radio Radio TV.

“We spoke to the Coach this morning and he told us that he was happy with Tiago’s performance on Saturday and that the substitution was to do with the formation.

“You can’t deny that the lad has found it difficult to settle in at Juve, but he is an important player and they paid a lot of money for him.

“It’ll take a bit of time because our League is tough, but Tiago gets on really well with his teammates, the directors and the tactician. I repeat, all we need is some patience.”

Meanwhile, Sergio Almiron’s proposed move to Greek side Olympiacos seems to have broken down.

“I discussed all the options with Olympiacos and there was an agreement between the clubs for a loan deal with a possible buy-out in the summer,” Calenda explained.

“But the lad decided that he would rather stay put and see what happens. He wanted to wait a bit and the Greeks weren’t willing to delay.”

He needs more time of playing and acommondation with the team. No one can dispute his talent but he isn't fit with juve's squad till now. It's better to keep him till summer and then to dicide if we will sell him or not but he needs more games to play and bigger time of participation.

me too!! but the sad reality is that no matter how much we drink and how drunk we get, tiago still won't play well. :faq2:

I can dispute his talent with out hesitation. Yes he doesn’t mesh well in our system whatever that may be but he fails at the basics of football. Send him to a development camp with youngsters to develop the necessary skills needed to play at just the lowest level.

Its an embarrassment to see our biggest signing of the summer get the ball stolen from behind at the halfway line and have it run down to our penalty area for a near disastrous outcome. All because this dumb fuck who is claimed to have potential can't play the basics of the game.

Dru, I don't know how you can say that about Tiago. Do you think Mourinho would not only like, but continuously play Tiago at Chelsea if the guy fails at the basics of football?
