I think Tiago can only work well in a 4-3-3, like he did at Chelsea. He doesn't defend well enough to play CM in 4-4-2.

Unless Ranieri is intending to play 4-3-3 from now on, there is no point in keeping him.

I think Ranieri originally planned to play 4-3-3, which is why he wanted him.

I like Tiago, I'm not one for endlessly bashing him.

Tiago Set To Return To France?

Juventus flop Tiago could be on his way out of the Stadio Olimpico di Torino in January. Paris Saint-Germain are rumoured to be interested, sparking a wealth of other Bianconeri transfer rumours.

Another poor performance in the black and white of Juventus from Portuguese midfielder Tiago in midweek may finally have forced the club's hand.

Claudio Ranieri and co have long been debating whether or not to cut their losses with the €15m summer signing, who has failed to live up to expectations in Serie A.

Repeatedly benched earlier on in the season, the former Lyon and Chelsea man looked to have turned the corner with some promising displays in recent weeks, but sunk to new lows in the Bianconeri's 2-1 Coppa Italia defeat to Empoli.

PSG Interested

French sports newspaper L'Equipe are now reporting that Tiago is set to make a return to Ligue 1 in the forthcoming January transfer window, with Paris Saint-German said to be interested.

The capital city outfit are keen to take Tiago on loan for the remainder of the season in order to give him time to recover physically and psycholigically, with a view to a permanent move next summer.

Claudio Ranieri may well sanction the deal, but whether the Portuguese international would be willing to join Paul Le Guen's side - who languish in Ligue 1's relegation zone at present - is another matter.

Almiron To Follow? Who Will Come In?

With Sergio Almiron also disappointing at Juve since joining in the summer - and rumoured to be the subject of interest from several German clubs - the Bianconeri are looking to bolster their squad in the middle of the park. Reports in both England and Italy continue to link Chelsea's Frank Lampard with a move to Turin in the longer term, but more likely January arrivals include Liverpool's Mohamed Sissoko and Sporting's young star Miguel Veloso.

In defence, meanwhile, numerous reports suggest that Juve are close to signing Aston Villa's Swedish international Olof Mellberg on a free transfer at the end of the season.

If Juve board wants to get decent money for Tiago than Ranieri should risk and play him more. Tiago is not that bad, but Noce and Zanetti partnership works better.

If Jose becomes England coach he will want to build team around Lampard, as he knows quality of him.
So dont have any doubts about Frank

Everyone here hates the fact Tiago isn't playing . I actually see it as a hugely positive thing for our team . The only reason Tiago isn't playing is we don't need him . Zanetti and Nocerino are performing brilliantly , this only means our midfield is complete . I think it's just that people want to see a bigger name in our squad and like the idea of Tiago being a Juventus star . To me , I don't care about all that , we have a future legend and an excellent veteran in our squad .

If Tiago proves himself and shows Ranieri that he's better than these 2 players then he will start . It's that simple . I see no reason for whining why this guy could never make it in Juve .

Watch the way we control the ball in midfield and lack any ideas going forward and tell me we don't need Tiago. If we want to actually win against the best sides in Italy, we need Tiago. That's all there is to it.

But can we afford to do without either Nocerino or Zanetti defensively?
