Hmmm, Riquelme :)
We really need a wizard in midfield. Riquelme may be 29 and slow but i'd welcome a player with such skills anytime.
I'd hate to lose Tiago though.

Remember how Deschamps' time at juve came to an end, when he went public about his dissatisfaction?
Deshamps had the right back then & Tiago has the right now.
Our mnagement is not handling anything the right way especially Secco,I still cant get over what he said ''Juve may lose Del Piero''.

If someone should shut up & not talk to the press it is Secco.
With all my respect to all the Champions we've got,I dont see us winning any trophies under this management.
Some changes has to be made next year.

As long as you're comparing totally different players... You should also compare Zanetti's defensive contributions to Riquelme's, which are non-existant.

We would be the laughingstock of Europe in January if we were to offload Tiago, I assure you. When was the last time you heard of a top flight team offloading their most high profile (not to mention expensive) summer transfer 4 months into the new season?

The Sissoko rumours are coming up again.Apparently he wants to leave in January. And thats what Mr.Bigshot has threatned to do too. This isnt nuclear physics. If he doesnt stop whining, then Secco out to kick Mr.Bigshot out,and bring in Sissoko.Im no fan of Sissoko, but id prefer him over Tiago. If not now, then in June.

Think we'll do some serious business in Jan, purely because the europe is not an issue for us. It gives us a few months of this season to bed players in so we can get a good start next season with an established & effective line-up & a squad ready to challenge both at home & in europe next season. Sissoko in, Tiago out looks a likely option. Says more about the emergance of Nocerino than anything else. You say we may become a laughing stock, but look from another angle; we bought an expensive forgiener who was ineffective, & his place was taken by a player who came from serie B to the Italy squad in those same 3 months.

Sorry man but what you mention was stupid. I'm happy that CR give Noce a chance, but you can't judge Tiago if he only sit on the bench.

I don't care what other folk think. Juve must do what it thinks is best for the club.

When I see that people say that Riquelme is slow,i puke. Who's faster in our midfield than him? Zanetti,Tigao,Almiron? He's not fast but he can offer so much more than those guys...especially in one thing we lack: playmaking
So what are we going to do, place Riquelme next to Camoranesi, Zanetti and Nedved in midfield? Have you even seen how much Riquelme adds defensively and how our play will be directly linked with how he performs? We would have to give Riquelme a free role behind the striker(s) without a doubt, as that is the only way he can perform. So we give Riquelme this free role and our performances are solely linked with how he plays, not even knowing if he could settle here because it's quite obvious he needs to be around fellow Argentinians to succeed.

Riquelme is a choker and I don't want to see this player at Juventus.

This thread is laced with inane comments. If some of you think Tiago is worthless and a flop, you obviously have no clue what you're talking about. He hasn't even been given the chance to play, so either admit that we cannot call him a flop and place some blame on Ranieri for this debacle or kindly STFU.

Nocerino is a Pirlo-esque player from what Ive seen, a deep lying CM playmaker, but perhaps stronger in the tackle than the Milan man. Playiing them together (as Pado suggests) is def an option against the weaker teams at the Olympico, we dont wanna go back to Emo/Blasi type combo!
That's a load of nonsense, dude. Nocerino is not a deep-lying playmaker.

Riquelme is not meant for a team like Juve. He'd fare much better at a team like Atalanta in Doni's role. Our defense is too weak and he'd have to play more of a supporting role at Juve, which I don't see happening/working out.

Ranieri judges the players on what he sees in training everyday, & if he thinks Noce deserves to be in the team over Tiago then so be it. Tiago mouthing off & saying the things he has proves his attitude to be poor, that Ranieri is right to leave him out.

I agree 100% that most if not all of the blame should be on Ranieri...I think its an absolute discrace what they are doing to Tiago. Im happy with what Tiago has said about the situation recently and am actually a little surprised he hasnt said more!! Theres no way he would leave in Jan but if Ranieri keeps acting like an idiot and not play him then he could well leave in the summer...It is so f***ing funny to see all these negative comments about the guy! if he played week in week out and wasnt performing then they are justified but getting criticised for being on the bench! come on!? PLAY TIAGO AND HE WILL PROVE HOW GOOD HE IS!!!
