Vidic didn't make any diference yesterday but he was playin with hard injury!
I wonder how these English doctors are recovering their players so quickly?
Rooney had double fracture just before World Cup, and with special treatment they made him fit! Same goes for Vidic he recovered from an injury like that for 3 weeks. There is something fishy...

i think it depends on who leaves. If Trez does leave then Huntelaar could join, but if not, then suddenly we have a lot cash to spend on the defence and midfield.
What if Buffon leaves and goes to Milan, we could possibly get gilardino (not that i want him) but its a possibility, plus we'll get more cash.

If we keep Buffon, Nedved & DP the backbone of our team will be kept!
The defence is the part where we lost the most! There will be the most vunerable part of our team, we need to take skilfull players in our central midfield roles who know wht to do and help a LOT to the CB's! That's why we need few destroyers like Momo or Mavuba or Almiron, Frings would do fine also but he has got to oartner one of these previsiosly mentioned DM's. The central defenders is the part where we must spend if we want to have decent defence for the next season!
And again, this guarantees nothing it all comes to who we will buy as a leader in our defence. Because I don't see a leader wright now!

frings and diego would make a massive difference to our squad, they have already been playing together which cuts out the gelling process and could provide us with the step up from an average serie a team to a good serie a team that we crave, the defence should also be a priority and the addition of milito and possibly barzagli would sort us out in that area for the forseeable future
