If this is all true I would blame Motta even less. He’s just an awful person and bad coach. It’s insane that our management hasn’t taken any actions - not only cause of results - but if he has fallen out with 80% of the squad…. Junktoli is the at fault

But also I mentioned months ago that he lost the locker room. That was visible as fuck since November

An interesting point.

First half of the season I had the opinion that Motta was more at fault because he failed to get the players to perform.

But the second mercato (bar Muani) shifted things and yes indeed the longer that Motta isn't removed the more it becomes Giuntoli's fault.

Gigi Delneri : “Comparison between my Juve and that of Motta ? Analyses are not always true. Ours was supposed to be a transition year: there were not 200M investments like now. Before the injuries of Quagliarella and Iaquinta we were third. At Juventus you have to win”

[Nico Schira]

Delneri on Motta to Messaggero Veneto: “The Juventus is not Bologna : in Turin they don’t give you time and they don’t wait for you. With him the players often change position and this has confused them. In this Juve there is a lack of players who convey a sense of belonging”

Don't judge.

The fact that it took until we were out of every competition and it is nearly the end of March before he realised this infuriates me.

Yeah but it will probably change nothing. I dont think a formation is the one which decides if a team play well or not but more about its interpretation.
Sterile football will not work no matter the formation.

B.S but even if it isnt - What can he do without preparation? I dont think he can do any better than Motta at our current state and when comes the summer screw Mancini and the likes. Bring in the guy who knows how to take a team shape it motivate it and win titles...

I'd take Mancini until the end of the season. To be honest I'd take just about anyone until the end of the season.

We are headed in one direction with Motta and I can't see him changing that. Sometimes just a fresh face can be enough to change results in the short term, we only need it for 9 games.

“Motta has become a scapegoat for Juventus. It’s customary in Italian football that the coach pays. Motta has made his mistakes but so has the management. They started only with one striker and didn’t make great signings on the wings. Giuntoli overpaid for Koopmeiners. There’s a lot of Motta OUT talk on the TL, as there was this time last year with Allegri but what about Giuntoli?? His mission was to rejuvenate the team and lower the wage bill. He did the latter but the results aren’t there” (@PaPaganini via tmw radio)

Today marked another round of discussions between Thiago Motta and Giuntoli before and after training. Giuntoli is representing the management’s closeness towards the coach given the present climate.Motta has the firm backing of Giuntoli. The two are working on solutions to get Juventus back on track (@FabDellaValle)

Feel sorry for the dumbo Motta. But he should have known what he was getting into.
Mancini, with his experience, will probably be able to put his foot down on this dumb management and sort a few things out.

Mancini hasn't managed a club team since 2017. We are going downhill with these appointments.

This club and it's obsession with paisans will never get old.
