This is what scares me. It's for this reason, I think changing coach now is only worth it, if the person coming in can improve us. I don't think it will, too many chopping hands in such short space kills stability too. He needs to go but only for the right man for me. Mancini and tudor are not improvements, we will suffer the same. Let's this humiliation sink in, deep into everyone. In the summer, he needs to go, right now though I'm honestly 50-50.

Oh I agree, we do, because the last time we suffered this bad, we bounced back, because that's what we do. We'll always be up there winning trophies and spanking your bald head, its just a matter of when.
But you shouldn’t be staying in an abusive relationship only cause you scared of being alone

It's a different thing when you've been through many abusive relationships (Sarri, Pirlo, Allegri), got kids and the guy waiting around the corner ready take Motta's place has a history of being a mediocre joe moving on from relationships every 3 months (Tudor)

motta is not a leader
there is no leader in the squad
there is no leader in the management!

and we are talking about what the problem is!

just bring back Conte to home!

then sell flophovic, koopmeiners, niko gonzalez, locatelli, cambiaso, gatti, kelly...

don't buy any player from fiorentina!

abandon italjuve project forever!

Just saw the italian news channel rainews24, saying that the fraud, feels shame, after tonights game, and what about the other games you twat, what games were you watching that you didn't feel shame, the fans feel shame only today you feel shame,WTF.
He can be forgiven for them countless draws, and supercoppa exit. However I was expecting him to "feel shame" after the psv match. Too late.

    Thots:
    1. The problem stems with management
    2. Couch needs to change ASAP but that’s not how Jj operates. See #1.
    3. New Couch requirement Limits the club. outdated and undeniably nonsensical requirement. See #1.
    4. Certain are also a problem. But management are clueless on ensuring these folks understand the mission and standards everyone so easily reference without actual meaning or translation to results on the field. See #1.

    More accurate translation:

" I failed to make the players understand the importance of this match, of wearing the Juventus jersey, and that's why we're not in the semifinals."

"No, I hope the criticism is really harsh. I think our fans were very kind to us considering what they saw in the first half—too kind. What I can’t accept is the attitude and behavior on the field. But ultimately, the responsibility is mine."

Thiago #Motta : “In all the clubs I have worked for I have never criticized the players; because even when we lost, the attitude was never lacking, never! The responsibility is completely mine: I am the coach of #Juventus …”
    Just analysing his comments

    1) Why does he think he needs the players to understand the importance of wearing this jersey? Ffs they should all know.

    2) Whats funny is, Motta has no fucking clue the importance of wearing this jersey, so why talk about it like it means something

    3) He thinks the fans are kind, well I agree. I'm always left disappointed with the lack of noise, as much as I dislike the ultras, atheist they were passionate. Now we see families, boys, young girls, smiling or just watching the match cluelessly. Our fans should be booing. Pelting the cunts

    4) I think he needs a change of behaviour, he has a go at the players behaviour, then says he hasn't ever criticised his players behaviour. This just shows he has zero experience dealing with these situations. He needs a broomstick up his ass.

Sorry zero, we don't have management, we do have 2 turds and a dipshit owner, that haven't got a clue what juventus is and how to defend it off and on the pitch, that is why I am hoping elklown, get juventus taken from him by his mommy and some real football people actually take over, sooner rather then latter.
