It's pretty hard to sack him after winning the Derby d'Italia.

How I see him get sacked:
Wins the next 3 then loses to Atalanta and Fiorentina - sack in International break

If he makes it past the international break then he either needs to win the Coppa & Qualify for CL or actually challenge for the title (as crazy as that sounds) and finish 3-4 points adrift the Champion. Otherwise he gets sacked at the end of the season.
It depends on what criteria is for managers' satisfaction, If getting CL spot and beating traditional rival are pleasant for them then they'll keep Motta. To me, he should be out at the end of season. knocked out of the CL in the early stages and poor results in the league are enough.

pure speculation, bullshit "news"

btw i just thought about pirlo as motta's classmate at the uefa coach training. both were/are absolutely terrible at game management, both stuck with their only gameplan, no reaction to the opponents at all. like their only job during matches was making the subs and maybe try to motivate at half time. don't they explain coaches how to react to changes in the flow of the game or opponents' tactical changes? or they aren't seeing what's happening on the pitch? with motta, the lack of tactical flexibility and reactions to match situations is appalling and disappointing at the same time. i don't mind that he didn't turn yildiz into a 30 goal player or savona into prime dani alves overnight, but just like with pirlo, his unconvincing leadership during matches is an absolute failure

Guys he will not get top 4x not with the way the team plays. And assuming the other teams fail to win their games.

Kolo muani looks to have been vlahoviced now too so no more fluke goals.

Enjoy no European football next season.

After yesterday's debacle don't know how fans would want Motta to stay. If I remember right? Max got called on the carpet for lacking in getting far in CL play near the end of his tenure. I mean only final 16, maybe not advancing further but it was so there for the taking. A few rested subs should have got it done.

So Weah scores and PSV put mid sub in at 72' mark and one minute later PSV scores. Motta now at 77' puts in three subs. Loca and Koop were two of our worst players out there. Could easily have subbed them out at HT. The defense might have fuked up, but better play forward and maybe PSV isn't controlling the ball as much in our half.

The first half PSV defense looked so wide open that a key pass or two and we score. Just ashamed Thuram made such a lovely run but couldn't get it on goal.

And WTF can Nico make a good pass. He plays 210 minutes last two matches while Yildiz gets a total of 52. Was there something wrong with Yildiz physically? I wondering now if something mentally wrong with Motta. So pissed and disappointed even if not a quality Juve squad on paper but better than what PSV put out there.

1) be in top 4 to get more money for the club
2) get kick out early in the champions league the following year.
Rinse and repeat.
Facts stated by the hat man.

"PSV practically never passed the ball back to the goalkeeper, never played backwards, but always moved forward, even when they were winning. Our teams are not used to this kind of pressure."

I don’t understand why you and other fans are shocked and upset about this result. This sort of play has been the same the entire season. yet every match you act shocked “how could this happen . What was he thinking ?”

Is the idiot here motta who plays the same every match , or you fans who watch every match and repeat your shocked and upset reactions at his exact same tactics every match?

Motta’s Misguided Men

They brought him in with dreams so bright,
A future bathed in black and white.
Yet soon the veil of hope fell thin,
Revealing cracks deep-set within.

A master plan? A hollow thought,
As flops he praised and battles lost.
Poopmeiners strolled, too slow, too meek,
While Goneloziz proved a ghost, too weak.

Then came Smelly, lost, confused,
A walking foul, his talent bruised.
And Gatti, oh—brick by brick,
A builder’s touch, a touch too thick.

With stubborn faith, he placed his trust
In men who crumbled into dust.
The fans despaired, the banners fell,
As Turin’s dreams turned into hell.

While legends watched with heads held low,
He led the ship where cold winds blow.
No passion, pride, nor grand design—
Just wasted days in fate’s decline.

And so, Juventus slips away,
A giant lost in disarray.
For Motta’s rule, a fleeting game—
A reign of error, built on shame.

Motta’s Misstep: A Juventus Lament

They hailed him bold, a master’s mind,
A tactician sharp, a game refined.
But Turin’s lights soon cast a glare,
Exposing flaws laid bare in air.

With plans that crumbled, frail as dust,
A midfield lost, a line unjust.
No rhythm found, no fire to spark,
A squad adrift in tactics dark.

The echoes of past giants call,
Yet here he stands, so weak, so small.
No warrior’s heart, no master’s guile,
Just passing days in aimless style.

Oh, how they dreamed of glory’s rise,
Yet all they gained were hollow sighs.
For in his hands, the Old Lady wept—
A throne once proud, now sorely kept.

The difference in approach and long term planning this season is very clear. The results remain to be seen 'though.

What we should not do however is return to another dinosaur coach like Deschamps, no matter how much we may like the guy... We need a modern coach.
