This guy deluded and deceived half a country, most of Juve fans and our management that he's some kind of modern football ultra revolutionary expert winning coach with new ideas.
the management knew what they were getting. motta's bologna made it clear that he's not an other de zerbi. most juve fans are deluded if they thought otherwise

We are having an injury crisis. Also, Motta somewhat stupidly showed us that the youngsters called up against Lecce are far from the level we need.

It's really hard to implement any tactics without crucial players. Swapping Bremer for Danilo as an example, has dropped our quality massively, but the tactics stay the same. Up front it's different, you need wingers out wide with the ability to beat their player and cross to someone who can head or tap in, in which case movement is the key. Only Vlahovic and Milik do that in the squad.

Also, Motta can't help if players like Koopmeiners suddenly can't shoot anymore. That is on him to improve himself. Professionals will put in the extra time and if he has pride in the shirt, he'll give it 100% every game. Talent without the work ethic means nothing so Luiz needs to step up or go back to Birmingham.

What we saw in the draw against Inter was real progress, and if we could iron out the defensive errors, we would easily be fighting for the title. We can do it and much more, I have seen plenty of good. We just need to scrape some wins until players get fit again.

Last year we lost to Inter and that derailed our whole season, we cracked mentally and Allegri went nuts. Look at their squad and progress in the UCL as well. We've been shit for years and are becoming less shit with Motta.
Becoming less shit or di you mean more shit with motta?

The thing that really bugs me most is games against the likes of lecce and cagliari where we let points slip when we shouldnt have...we should have an additional 4 points. Frustrating!

Buffon: “Juventus lack personality, Thiago Motta and his style must be the leader”

Legendary Juventus and Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon recently shared his thoughts on the current state of Juventus under Thiago Motta’s management. In a comprehensive interview with Juventibus, Buffon discussed various topics, including past triumphs, the club’s relegation, and the Calciopoli scandal, before addressing the leadership issues facing the team today.

Regarding Juventus and leadership, Buffon stated, “In this Juventus, there’s a need to centralize leadership towards the playing style and the coach. The players are of excellent quality, as Juventus requires, but they shouldn’t just become mere executors of something requested. They must also have the personality to make certain choices that go beyond instructions at times.”

Buffon identified potential leaders within the squad, saying, “Looking at the current profiles, when you hear Perin speak, he seems like a good candidate, as does Danilo. Perhaps Koopmeiners can become a technical leader.”

Addressing the perceived lack of personality in the team, Buffon remarked, “It’s normal, it’s a renewed team and has decided to embrace a belief that could be right, which is focused on the playing style. The coach is the one who is demonstrating the most leadership.”

I disagree with that, our fortune last season was grinding out a bunch of 1-0 or 2-1 wins, but obviously our luck had to run out some time. The inter game wasn't demoralizing, we just played shit.

Very interesting response to the injuries in the press conference

"No such thing as good luck or bad luck, I have an idea why but it's not in my job description to make decisions about that"

So the medical staff?

Also

A Bologna based journalist has said that Thiago's teams do take a while to get going.

Clearly there is something off about this relationship between Jungtoli and Motta. Just look at the situation with Koopmeiners. For whatever reason, Gasperini has this weird fetish for playing central midfielders more forward in his system, just like he currently does with Brescianini. It may work for Atalanta, but Koop was always further back as a B2B or central midfielder when he was with AZ. He scored goals there, too.

Motta would rather have a pressing #10 like Ferguson or Yildiz behind a false 9, which I disagree with, but to play Koop there just because Gasp did it doesn’t make sense to me. The dude is begging to be used further back and doesn’t have the quickness or skill to be our number 10.

So that begs the question, is Jungtoli forcing decisions on Motta just to save face? He was crazy for Koopmeiners in the mercato but didn’t see anything other than his last season with Bergamo Calcio? And where the fuck would David Luiz slide into Motta’s system? Everyone knows the beach baller needs a true rugged DM with grinta stammies next to him to survive in the sand, so why didn’t Jungtoli buy Frendrup to make it work?

None of it makes any sense and I demand answer.
