That is what he is asking for most definitely, lots of movements and interchangeable positions, which it can look great when executed well but that usually requires the players to have played together before or at least have an immediate understanding of when and who to cover when they move around, which isn’t yet the case because we’ve also been doing lots of rotation and are still early into the project with many new players joining in late…

Trying so many experiments simultaneously this early on is probably a bit too bold, although it seems for large parts to not affect our defensive solidity it does seem to create confusion in the middle and upfront more often than not.
