Beck is a very good player. Ziegler is average though.

I consider myself more apart of the optimistic crew here on the forums. I consider Beck and Ziegler to be fine additions to our crew, and we got to start somewhere. Beck and Ziegler will create stability in the back IMO, because a large part of our problems come from our flanks and they are most definitely more solid than Motta and Grosso. I don't think we'll make a huge jump and capture high-profile players like Cissikho. I do however think we'll have a good mercato this year, and see the arrivals of Beck, Ziegler and some great attackers.

:) Good post.

Some people here are just way too negative. This is a very difficult for the club and for us, its supporters. However, I believe that it will get better this summer.

Cassani and Tremoulinas are excellent and Hazard has world class potential. I would buy a 4th CM to replace Sissoko or perhaps go with a youngster(Marrone, Ekdal, etc.)
I think that this is realistic. I don't see our board spend more than that(I did not count the redeeming costs) since we are indebted and I think that it would be solid.

And the transfer fee's we'd have to pay for Matri and Aquilani, why aren't they in your total yet? They aren't ours so we'd also have to pay for him.
