I don't blame Mexes for going to the better team. They have a better coach, a management that knows what they're doing, and most definitely much better players.

As for Mexes and Taiwo being average, well they are definitely not world class, but most definitely not average either. Both of them are far superior to any options we have in defense, bar Chiellini, and they would waltz into our starting 11.
