van gaal would never work in italy, way too 'germanic' and i dont think deschamps is realistic especially since he left because he couldnt bring players and with marotta it twice as bad than the old regime in that dept

It's hard to say whether Van Gaal would be a disaster in Italy. Some folks act like to coach in Italy you have to be some magical being when in fact you just have to be a good tactician and man manager, which I think Van Gaal is.

Hopefully Marotta knows he's out of his league and will hand over power to Deschamps, but probably not. He seems like a know it all and not one to admit to mistakes.
