I agree. Paying 1m to a 17 year old player is insane. We all know many players of his age who never managed to live up to the hype sometimes exactly because of the pressure from the fans and media. From Piazon's point of view though, he made the right decision. It is not his fault that he's being monitored so closely at this age, everyone in their right mind would pick Chelsea over Juve even if it wasn't for the money each club offered.

So ideally, when everything functions properly in the club I like, I would never support paying such figures for kids of that age. Thing is that nothing seems right at Juve at the moment. We refuse to pay that money for Piazon who is supposedly a very promising talent only so that we could give that to Pirlo who by no means will have a future in our team.
