Should be bs. I know current available Italians suck but as if English are better..
OK, tell us which Italian is better in each of their positions, or has more talent.

Left-back? Criscito, Grosso, Antonini? Nah, Baines is probably better than them.

Right-wing? Does Italy even have a right-winger after Camo called it quits? Schelotto? Really? Come on, Lennon easily wins that role without a doubt.

Glenn Johnson? Italy has Maggio, Cassani, Santon, and Motta. Perhaps a couple of those players are on the same par as Johnson, but it's not like the glory days of the Azzurri, that's for sure.

Wilshere? What, Poli? Give me a break.

So yes, generally, the players supposedly recommended by Capello are better than their Italian counterparts. Sorry. And I even dislike the English NT.

What is the point of gambling on ridiculously overpriced, untested players? I am not saying we should stick with pepes but if we want to change our hunting zone, it should be France not England.

That wasn't your original point, dude.

And if you dislike untested players then stay away from France as well. They're less tested than the Englandurs.

History tells us that Africa hasn't had a league anywhere near that of Serie A or the Prem, and that Italians and the English stay in their own leagues, so what's your point?

I don't know why some would want Quag in that role, similar to what I was saying with Hazard being the guy behind the front three. Having Quags as the front-runner is too Barca-ish, no targetman or poacher around to remain in the box for crosses. He likes to roam around much, much more. So you'd end up not having any poaching presence in the box, something that doesn't work for everyone.

In a 4-3-3 with players like Sanchez and/or Hazard, Quag will be perfect with his movements and the dude can score (so can the others behind him).. We dont need a poacher in that formation at all.. Besides whats wrong with it becoming to Barca-ish?.. :xfinger:

Real offering 30mln for Chiellini. Plus, we can have Benzema (4-4-2.com)

Beck, Bastos, Mascherano and Vucinic links

Sow: "Being approached by Juve is certainly an honor, but for now there were no official contacts"

Mancini (coach)

Because as teams sit back, you have less space to operate with. We aren't Barca. We don't have Messis and Iniestas to create shit out of a hat. And since that is the case, we shouldn't go out of our way to play like them either. This sort of 4-3-3 is VERY, VERY different from the one Barca deploys, so people are being very shortsighted. Just look at the midfield. Two destroyers in central midfield while the Catalan Clowns have Xavi and Busquets.

Not at ALL the same thing, and that calls for different dynamics.
