If Bastos is favourite to become the 'solution' to the left flank, would he be utilized out on the left wing or as a left-back I wonder. With De-Ceglie in the LB position and Bastos as LW, wonder if that would work, both are decent at defending and attacking

I think Beck is the only one who's really for Summer. Every over transfer will have to wait for the new Manager to come in. I think regarding players you can safetly discard alot of the names that are being fired in the newspapers at the moment. Mainly because Del Neri won't be the Manager and Spalletti and Deschamps will only come back if they get full control over the buys.

Unless they're already talking to the new manager but I really doubt that.

What about Alexander Hleb? Yeah, I know that he's not very good, and not in the level of Bastos, Elia and co. But he can be signed for cheap, he is better than what Juve got, he's versatile and he can be a good player to have in the squad.

Juve of last years have taught me to settle with less, sadly enough, but honestly, Bastos as main non EU signing would be VERY underwhelming signing. He is just a decent winger, nothing more.
