It doesn't mean that if you aren't allow to sign more then one non-eu player, you only have to sign 2nd rate Italian players.
There are more countries in the EU then Italy you know.

Really the team plus some good fullbacks, a WC striker and a good winger paired with confidence and a 4-3-3 and we would be challenging, hopefully this can happen next year regardless of CL.
