Zarate's technical ability and skills are not up for the debate, but his selfishness and moody performances that are just that. When he puts those asside like he did with Lazio in his loan spell, he's one hell of a player and certainly a type of player that would fill perfectly behind a lone striker as DN prefers.

I bombarded Wolfsburg with bids and talked up dzeko. Eventually he wanted to leave Wolfsburg and his agent offered him to me for 12 mil (a steal) , but since signing he had two long term injuries then was unhappy with me. In the last two games he scored 3 goals and got 1 assist so he seems to be getting happy and used to the league
