''Powerful attacker Graziano Pelle could be on his way out of Eredivisie outfit AZ as Serie A powerhouse Juventus have shown an interest in signing the former Italy under-21 star, according to a report in Il Sussidiario.
La Vecchia Signora are desperate to land a new attacker in the January transfer window and have previously been linked with Diego Forlan and Antonio Floro Flores.
Sporting director Giuseppe Marotta has now supposedly turned his attention to a cheaper alternative though and has set his sights on the 25-year-old Pelle after Floro Flores' decision to sign for Genoa instead.
The towering attacker joined AZ from Lecce in the summer of 2007 for a reported €6 million fee. However, Pelle has never really been able to live up to his price-tag and has mainly been warming the bench in Alkmaar.
Pelle's current contract with the 2008-09 Eredivisie champions runs until the summer of 2012, but AZ are ready to cash in on the striker this winter if a good offer comes in.''
