It just makes me laugh that we had the same reaction to the likes of Quag in the Summer and look how he turned out. Sure Toni sucks at Genoa but Genoa suck. He played well at Roma and he will get the service here to score, he knows where the goal is so I would not be suprised to see him hit 10 goals till the end of the year. Everyone saying we have no money etc its laughable. We're now an average club. Perhaps thats why my posts have changed. I'm sick of reading the same old bullshit for then people to change opinions six months later.

And every single year I'm like "okay, we'll get somebody great in the summer when he leaves". Then when summer comes we get to see more average players.

No Champions League hurt us in getting better players last Summer and if it was'nt for the damn EU rule Dzeko and Krasic would of been ours.
I think Toni in January was planned all along and he will make a good 4th choice Striker next year. I expect Amauri and Iaquinta gone in the Summer.
I stand by if we get in the Champions League we will sign a star Striker I'm sure.
