Are you absolutely sure? He's under contract with Brazilian club.

Just checked, da Silva bros had to wait until they turned 18 even though they had Portuguese passport.

So, whatever happens, we will have to wait for him.

Regardless of the outcome, as long as Juve signs him, it doesn't matter if he does not join in winter or next summer, because we all know he's not going to be a starter at 16/17 anyway. So I'm all for sealing the deal now for him to join whenever in the future.

Ramin, I hope you're right about that mate, but I have some doubts.
Its true man,the silva brothers were granted a work permit only when they were 18,cos thats the EPL's system, the club arent limited with non EU,but they must obtain work permits to play..so piazon if he gets an Italian passport then would be available to play for Juve in Jan

That has nothing to do with EPL mate, they didn't needed WP because they have Portuguese citizenship. They had to wait because of Brazilian FA rules.

really?because i remember it said waiting for work permits on my fm..which is usually accurate when concerning the EPL,well if im wrong then im sorry..
anyways,I would just like it for Juve to not only get linked by these young potentials but also finalizing the deals before some other clubs messes the deal..

There's nothing to be sorry about bro, these rules are just fucked up.

Taken from United website:

What made Rafael's debut all the more startling was that he hadn't played for over a year. The Reds had been waiting for international clearance on the pair's transfer from Brazil, so they had been unable to play for United during that time and, in fact, didn't play any regular competitive football.

I really hope Piazon can be captured smoothly..hopefully is an EU so he can come January and does not take the one EU we have for the summer..
So this is how the rumours are shaping for January
Poli in
Antonelli in
Benz/Pazzo in
Piazon in
Momo out
Grosso out
Lanza out

I think thats looking pretty good, although one winger to come in would be real nice if Lanza leaves, actually I would love if Boniperti is given more chances to play,so no need for the winger then
I Guess Piazon will move in Turin in June 2011 , not in winter transfer window (I heard so)

EU or not, he can't play for us until he's 18 or even move from Brazil until then.

(Wellington Silva, Pato, da Silva brothers)
I think he can play because , he alo has italian passport .

People rate him a lot , 16 y old = 6 mln E , it should be good .

Di Marzio saied : He looks like KAKA , but he is awesome striker . And he impressed him , when he saw in Bolivia . Piazon was most succesful striker in that comeptiton .

---------------------------------------------------------------------

I heard we bought new goal keeper today : Laurentiu Costantin Branescu (16 y old) for 800.000 Euro , also MAN UTD was after him !!!!!
