Who would you buy for fullbacks then Byrone?

VDW can't defend for shit, Cissokho can't defend, Tremoulinas can't defend. They're all attacking fullbacks and all lack defensive ability. However I bet my bottom dollar you'd want either of those.

What do you want? Offensive Wingers or Offensive Fullbacks? We can't have both.

Also tell me what Dzeko release clause was on his contract? It was 35 Million, nobody paid it now Wolfsburg want offers at around 40 Million, if you read every article regarding Dzeko you will see that's the case I don't need to be a transfer Guru to know that.

Nick, for your sake I hope Neymar doesn't end up in England. I would hate to see him take another white Englishman's job.
:seven:

They need Affirmative Action for the suppressed white blokes.

I would love to see Kranjcar here for a fee under 8m.

He can easily be a good squad player for the LM or even SS position. I've never seen him play at CM thou' but I guess he can be the backup for Aquilani too.

And yes, a player swap with Tottenham sounds sweet, they can take Iaquinta, Amauri Grygera or Momo for all I care.

I would love to see Corluka here as well.
Yids don't need Momo. Hell, nobody needs Momo.

Seriously Dzeko is the better, safer choice. I would not complain if we got Neymar at all but I prefer Dzeko for that sort of cash. If both were possible I would get both but that's a pipe dream. I agree with getting some defensive minded full backs (who aren't retarded in attack) it will allow Krasic and an offensive minded LW winger save some energy.

Wonderful, so you've done extensive research on those players. You watch the eredivisie & ligue 1, religiously? You've seen them that much that you would stake your life on that statement?

Stop talking shit, you haven't seen enough of them to make such judgments.

Also it's kinda obvious that i want them here, how many times have i mentioned them. It's like me saying i bet my house that Hustini wants Dzeko here.

Stop asking stupid questions & making idiotic statements, fuck. Kinda obvious.

Just because his release clause is 35m doesn't mean Wolfsburg will get that amount. Are you telling me that's how all transfers work? You read articles & all of a sudden you're the expert. You don't know the finer details regarding negotiations & you certainly don't know what lengths the agent & player are willing to go to to seal the transfer.

His terrible attitude for one. There's been plenty of instances where I've seen him get yellows for kicking the ball away when conceding free kicks etc. plus there was that incident where he got his coach fired because he didn't get his way. I don't want Balotelli v. 2.0 at Juventus.

His price tag is far too high. Sure he has tons of potential but you don't pay 30 million euros for unfulfilled potential. He's looked good in Brazil not EPL, La Liga, Serie A or Bundesliga. Krasic had potential and we paid the appropriate amount for him.

Dzeko will be around the same price, he's an excellent striker who's shown consistently good performances at a very high level and he's still in his early twenties. Dzeko is already amazing, he has potential to be even greater as well for a similar price tag AND we'd be managing our risks.

I don't watch enough Ligue 1 to comment on the other players, but he's sort of right about Van Der Wiel though. Don't get me wrong, I like him a lot and he's a very gracious defender, but he does make mistakes.

That's a bit overly dramatic. He has a slight attitude problem perhaps, but it's not like Balotelli's or Zlatan's. Cassano has a far more severe problem with regards to that yet admitting this problem is on the wane, at least on this forum.

The price tag is high. But that's what the market is like now. If we could negotiate a deal closer to 20M it could turn out to be a steal.

Risk/Reward looks better with Neymar. Dzeko has proven more, but there's no guarantee he will succeed in Italy. There is always risk no matter what you're dealing with.

I have seen enough of VDW to be subjective about him. I agree he makes mistakes, that's a given & so does every player. He has a cool head on his shoulders & he can defend fairly well.

He's playing in the eredivisie for now, so the main focus isn't really on the defensive aspect of the game. Ajax traditionally have an offensive approach to the game. If he joins the bundesliga or Serie A, he will be forced to focus on his defense abilities. He has loads of room for improvement & the fact that he's looking good at such a young age proves he can develop into a major player in leaps & bounds.

I don't watch enough to make any comment on who to buy/who not to buy, and dont know enough about the game to comment on a lot of Juventus performances. I listen to everybody on this forum and realize that you know a lot more than me so that is why all of the transfers Ive made on FIFA 11 have come from this thread. I have won the CL once and the Serie A three times...so you must all be geniuses.
