Yes thats the only problem really if we don't sign Aquilani Hamsik would be perfect but I struggle to find a formation that fits him in.

Of course we're going to sign Aquilani, that's why we don't need him. Rakitic would be the perfect solution to our midfield if we can snap him up for 3-5m as Mark suggested.

Mark, how about our chance in signing Rakitic? January or June? He looks good as CM in passing and spread the ball as a playmaker lately for Schalke.. I don't know if he can put consistency on his play as it always his problem.. He can really another option in CM if we need some player rotate with Aquillani

He is better then Amauri, doesent say so much but still.

I would rather see a better option then Gilardino, but if we can change him with Amauri ( who has a very big salary to) we would do a very good deal

At the moment it looks like we are but the guy seems to find it hard to play a full 90 mins and hes only playing 1 game a week.

I still think our management will keep an eye on him to just see how injury prone he could become.
