Buffon won't sit on the bench. And if he's fit, it'd be stupid to keep Buffon on the bench. As good as Storari has been, Buffon brings something much more than just goalkeeping capabilities to our team.

I can live with either one of the two as backup for Gigi.

It wouldn't surprise me if we started next season with Buffon and Costantino, probably with a veteran coming in on a free. Storari won't sit on the bench and he and the club knew the deal when he signed and even stated so, so forget that idea. Also it looks more like Manninger will play starter in a lesser league, maybe back home.
