Maybe we don't have the players for 3-5-2 here, but it's working for him at Napoli. Conte hasn't done anything yet.
He's never coached in Serie A. The gap between Siena & Bari and Juve is much bigger than Delneri's Samp/ Mazzarri's Napoli and Juve. He's got nothing under his belt that Delneri and Mazzarri don't. Being a leader is necessary, but not enough. Tactics and more importantly, experience are key.
Honestly, I would prefer a solid backline and I believe Beck, Bonucci, Chiellini and Ziegler can provide that. Its not world-class, but its good. Then we can concentrate on top-notch attackers like Aguero or Tevez. Take Milan for example, they rely completely on their attacking play.
I'm sure two of those four will be waiting eagerly to fuck shit up from the bench. When one of those starting fullbacks picks up a long-term injury, back to square one. Whoa goddamn.
I m afraid that we wont be in any european competition... i am curious to see , if we can lure players like tevez for example , with money as our only true weapon... ( of course if we indeed have any money at all to spend)
Well pirlo isn't bad at all if he comes for free. At least we will get a proven champion with mentality. And the change in enviroment could let him give some couple good seasons. And 50% of the 2006 Pirlo is 200% better that what whe have for that position.
