Ferrara had no experience as a head coach, and was never as great a leader as Conte. Conte showed he is got the right stuff as a player AND as a coach. I can easily see him as a manager of the Azzurri in the next 10 years, one of the most promising young Italian coaches.

Anyway Deschamps would be perfect. I'd rather have Deschamps than Mourinho really. Was in CL finals and than went to us when we were in B if that's not love than I don't know what is. And then didn't like Secco and his decisions and made an ultimatum like a leader he is, perfect for us.

I guess, but c'mon a 3-5-2? That's just asking for an ass-kicking at a club like Juventus. Whereas Del Neri is stubborn at using his 4-4-2 even when the 4-3-3 was working better for us.
Maybe we don't have the players for 3-5-2 here, but it's working for him at Napoli. Conte hasn't done anything yet.

He's never coached in Serie A. The gap between Siena & Bari and Juve is much bigger than Delneri's Samp/ Mazzarri's Napoli and Juve. He's got nothing under his belt that Delneri and Mazzarri don't. Being a leader is necessary, but not enough. Tactics and more importantly, experience are key.

DN got more expierence.
DN may have more experience, but Conte knows what Juve is all about and believes in younger players and plays exciting football.

Del Neri is stuck in his ancient 4-4-2, while Mazzarri is stuck in his absurd 3-5-2. Conte will come to Juventus knowing what it truly means to be wearing a Juve jersey, and the history of Juventus and will probably push the players to their best and wont stand for anything less. Conte is a new breed of Italian coaches, a new younger generation and will be able to adapt into modern football.

Honestly, I don't even want to consider Aguero, Tevez, or fucking Lionel Messi until there are TWO PROVEN CLASSY FULLBACKS putting pen to paper.

Aguero would be so fucking dope. Even if it does mean Pirlo in the same line up.

------Pirlo - Melo
Krasic--------- - Bastos
------Aguero - Matri

Honestly, I would prefer a solid backline and I believe Beck, Bonucci, Chiellini and Ziegler can provide that. Its not world-class, but its good. Then we can concentrate on top-notch attackers like Aguero or Tevez. Take Milan for example, they rely completely on their attacking play.
