Menez attacked by Roma ultras

There are reports Roma ultras threw rocks at Jeremy Menez’s car as he returned from the Coppa Italia semi-final against Inter.
It has been a tough time for the French forward, who admitted his time at the club could be coming to an end and yesterday was berated during training by Coach Vincenzo Montella.

It is now reported by news agency ANSA that hooligans threw rocks at his car when he was driving home from the Coppa Italia defeat to Inter on Tuesday night.

The report suggests his windscreen was broken and the police have launched an investigation.

Menez was unharmed in the alleged attack

That will be another pathetic excuse for Marotta.

We'll not reach CL and he will say "we lost a lot of potential money because of that... we had Tevez, Neymar and Hazard in our hands but now it's not possible to finalize the deal, we'll have to search for another, less good players"

Mark my words, he will use it as an excuse eventhough everybody knows we can't even reach the CL spot this season.
Fire him and hire me. I'll send you in Brazil during the carnaval for scouting "talents".

Well obviously if we don't make the CL the chances of us signing those players (Tevez in particular) decreases. Although Tevez to begin with seems like a shot in the dark.

How about Menez on the right and Krasic taking the left? Would be interesting how the Serbian would do there, maybe he could flourish there with he powerful right foot helping him not just dribbling the opposition but getting those trick shots ala Robben style, except from the left flank here.

We can't sign him either way, it will just be a pathetic excuse for him.
