Mascherano is great and all, but I feel he would be a waste of recources.
Bastos is a very good player, but we need leaders, players who will carry and lead the team forward. Bastos is great as supporting player. He'd be useful if we had a Pastore in support of the striker and a midfield maestro behind him. Neither is likely though. I think Dzsudszak or Vargas are better options for the left wing.
Beck is a question mark for me, I have seen to little of him. Bochetti as left-back? No way.
I like the Quag and Matri partnership, on paper, but I think we'd be better off with a playmaking type of support striker. Ideally Sanchez or Pastore, more feasibly; Ilicic or Giovinco. I'd keep both Matri and Quag as alternatives though. The lack of (quality) alternatives this season is appaling. No Krasic, DP or Quag and there's no threat from our team at all. Usually we had just one of those on the team (Krasic), and we were easily stopped.
Not sure what's best for a central midfield. While I like Aquilani, Marchisio and Melo a lot, none of them are performing spectacularly well though. I'd take a last chance on them though, they might step it up in a team with more quality.

It's uprgade , but what if Quag get injured again ?!!!
We need World Class SS (Neymar,Sanchez,Aguero,Pastore,Tevez) so quag can be perffect sub .
And midfiled loos without creativity , Melo and Masch. can't create wee need creatice CMF (Sahin
