Next year I would be happy with the following roster

Buffon
Beck - Bonucci - Chiellini - Baines
Krasic - Melo - Aquilani - Bastos
Matri - Jovetic​

Bench
GK: Sotorari, Manninger
D: Barzagli, Sorensen, Gregera, PDC, Ziegler(free)
M: Marchisio, Martinez, Poli, Pirlo(free), Giovinco
F: Del piero, Quag

-Selling Amauri, Sissoko, Iaquinta, and Tiago would generate around ~20 millions which could be used to complete the Quag and Matri deals
- Pirlo and Ziegler for free
- Baines Poli and Beck should be around 10 millions each, Bastos around 15 millions, while Jovetic should be 20-25 millions (it would have been more if it wasn't for the ACL surgery). So the total could be ~60 millions, which is close to the number we spend each summer mercato. Now we still need to pay for Aquilani, so the number could be around 70. I know it's way beyond the budget, but it's not that much.
-Send back the following dead meat to their original clubs: Pepe, Motta,Traore, Rinaudo.

This is how I would operate business if I was Marotta. It looks more realistic than throwing names like Pastore and Sanchez, where few teams are all ready to spend around 40 millions on each. We can't afford that, unless the Elkann decides the opposite.

We would adress 2 important positions, LB and RB. Adding Bastos would take some of the pressure off Krasic shoulders, he would add another threat going forward. Finally, I still think Jovetic is the player with the biggest potential out of all other youngsters, including Pastore, Pato, and etc. Jovetic is something special. You could say I am Jo-Jo's biggest fanboy
the right coach is needed for sure, I would not want to see Del Neri around next year
