Even if that is the case, how are we gonna deploy Bastos and Sanchez in that formation? Would Bastos then play LB? I'm seeing both of them overlap and reduce their individual effectiveness in our overall play. Also if thats happening then we're hurting ourselves not going for a more stellar option, and more importantly wasting the non EU on a mere utility player in such a scenario.

Damn.. That's gonna be hard to do.. If we use Bastos as a leftback (dont like that idea) or not sign him at all, then a 4-4-2 with a very attacking Sanchez (LM) and Krasic (RM) with Quag-Matri upfront.. That would be nice as well.. But I still think Sanchez under the striker is better

I don't think that is unrealistic to be honest. Probably a few haters out there will say something about DC or Gio...I think our attack would be strong and our midfield will combine nicely and our defense will still need to be addressed for post DC but upgraded with Beck.
