You and Juve are both wrong.

Youalmost always want to keep youngsters, Juve almost always want to sent them out on loan for a bit.

As is almost always the case, the middle ground is what is needed, and to give the impression real thought is put into each case as to what is best for each youngster.

I still think the lack of a reserve league in Italy is a big problem and makes it harder to develop players without loaning them.
