That'd certainly make it better. They could complement eachother well even. Pepe is one of those uberfit players, the ideal player to keep the not-so fit Camo going.

That's what I'm thinking. If we buy the right players around him, it would be pretty stupid to just let him go. Letting him go for less money than we got him and then we'll have to try to get a quality player for that same money..

Hardly makes sense and I doubt Del Neri would ask for Diego to leave so he can play a flat 4-4-2.

A 4-4-1-1 formation with the right balance of fullbacks and wingers, and Diego behind the lone striker could work I guess. It can easily be switched to 4-2-3-1 or 4-2-4 as well.

Eventhough it hasn't been a pleasure doing business with Fiorentina as of late, I like the idea of Vargas coming our way..

He's energetic, strong, not great but good at crossing and can take long freekicks as well, having a go at opposition keeper evrey once in a while..

plus he can do the LB position in some extent if we want to go very
attack-minded into the field. (we certainly can rely on chiellini to cover-up his place)

Not too sure about Dzeko,same goes for Vagner Love.El Shaarawy,Defederico and Neymar are talented but not ready to start for us yet,especially the former.Plus they are not comparable to L.Fabiano at all,different type of players.

I for one like Pazzini and especially Gilardino and I wouldn't mind having them.
